Return Policy

Non consumable products are returnable within 30 days of purchase (NOTE: The IonSpa has a $50.00 restocking fee).  Consumable items are returnable only if unopened and in excellent condition - within 30 days - with the exception of the following items (the following cosumable items can be returned even if opened and used):  Neprinol (contact us within 30 days).  Global Healing Center products have a 60 day money back guarantee:  Oxy-Powder, ParaTrex, Slimirex, LateroFlora, Livatrex, intraCal, and Parfait Visage.  If you are not completely satisfied simply contact us within 60 days of your purchase and request a Return Authorization Number. 

To qualify for a refund you must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a Return Authorization Number (60 days for Global Healing Center Products).
2. Send us your return with your RA# as part of the address.  You may want to insure your return as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected mail. 
3. The return must be received back into our facility within 10 business days after your Return Authorization number is issued.
   
4. You will be refunded the full amount of the product; shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. Unauthorized returns will be returned to you, and do not qualify for a refund.
