Omega-3+ Shark Liver Oil 250 mg 200 Softgels
Seagate Shark Liver Oil has one of the highest natural levels of Omega
3 fatty acids in the world as determined by the Canadian Institute of
Fisheries Technology at Dalhousie University – Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Seagate Shark Liver Oil (SLO) has a 30% composition of omega-3 fatty
acids, which include EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid – 9.1%) and DHA
(docosahexaenoic acid – 16.1%). This is considered to be a very high
level for fish oil. In addition, this SLO contains trace (.1%) amounts
of squalene.
Seagate performs the entire oil extraction, separation, and
purification process in our own plant. We have developed a
chemical-free methodology that removes all contaminants and yields pure
oil. Seagate initiated a year-long project in 2001 to make use of this
valuable component of the shark that was not being processed in our
plant. Natural vitamin E is added as an antioxidant stabilizer. |
