Our magnificent bodies, even when diseased, can renew, regenerate, and rejuvenate through natural methods.  If you know the cause, and remove the cause, you give your body the ability to renew and rejuvenate and the miracles of the body will be evident with vibrant health and disease reversal.  It is astonishing to see what the body can do when you remove the cause of illness and give it what it needs.

Legally, only a medical doctor can claim to cure a disease.  However, for all the drugs that are available, those drugs only treat symptoms.  They don't cure or reverse anything.  There isn't a chronic disease that I know of that can be cured or reversed by a drug.  Further, cutting out organs is far from curing anything.  The answer (the cure!) is in our own hands through body rejuvenation.  To rejuvenate we must remove the cause and nourish and rebuild ourselves.

Our diet is the place to start.  Diet impacts our day-to-day performance and decides whether or not we are regenerating or degenerating.  When we take responsibility for our health and implement a deeply nourishing and effective diet, we begin the regeneration process.  Our magnificent bodies are willing to respond to this at any age.  The body not only wants to respond, I believe it enjoys it!  

I launched my own natural cancer attack on breast cancer in January 2004.  I was very successful in arresting the growth of the tumor through natural methods.   I declined surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.  Although the growth of the tumor stopped, it remained in my body.  In September of 2004 I began an anti-fungal program.  By May 2005, the tumor disappeared completely.  It can be done!

As yeast and fungi, etc. are starved, you may experience what is known as "Herxheimer's reaction".  It was Dr. Carl Herxheimer, a German dermatologist, who first described the body"s reaction to the massive killing of microorganisms.  This massive killing results in a sudden load of toxins that is released into the blood stream.  It is also known as "die-off".  The characteristics of this reaction can be flu-like such as aches, pains, nausea, headache, chills, a low grade fever, drop in blood pressure, hives or rash.   One may even experience a temporary worsening of current symptoms when starting the Phase One diet.  This is good news!  It means you are on the right track.  It is an indication that the Phase One diet is starving the fungi.  Remember, our bodies want to be well and will do all it can to get well.  Give it the right opportunity and you will see how magnificent your body is! 

This healing crisis is a natural reaction and is very individualistic.  It can be mild to severe.  If it is overwhelming, consider adding some foods that are on the Phase Two diet for a meal or two, such as brown rice, or sweet potatoes, and of course making sure you have plenty of pure water.
