Cinnamon from the inner bark

If you have Type II Diabetes, or are borderline diabetic, certain types  of cinnamon may help you regulate your blood sugar. Recent studies have shown that 1/2 teaspoon per day of water-soluble cinnamon, for at least 30 to 40 days, may have these benefits:
