The following routine has been tried by many customers with very positive results.
Ingredients:
(2) 180ct BioPlus Multivitamin/Multimineral
(2) 120ct Probiotic CSP Blend with Cranberry Seed Powder
(1) 180ct UGN
(1) 180ct Caprylic Acid
(1) 180ct Olive Leaf
(1) 180ct Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic
(2) Psyllium capsule
Kit usage
BioPlus Multivitamin/Multimineral - 180 capsules:
*Take one (1) capsule three times a day with each meal.
Probiotic CSP Blend - 120 tablets:
*Take two (2) tablets on an empty stomach once daily. Allow 20-30 minutes before eating.
Flaxium - 1 lb. serving - OR - Psyllium - 200 capsules:
*Take one (1) scoop of Flaxium one to two times daily; or Psyllium three (3) to four (4) capsules one to two times daily with at least 8 oz. of water or other fluids, followed by at least 8 oz. of additional water or fluids. *Many people prefer to take Flaxium or Psyllium at night as it works better when they are sleeping, but you may choose to take them during the day. Note...If you haven't taken dietary fibers in the past, you may want to start slow (i.e. two (2) capsules of Psyllium one to two times daily or 1/2 scoop of Flaxium one to two times daily) and work up to the recommended dosage.
Green Sweep
*Take one tablespoon (6 grams) once or twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, mix with water or juice and take on an empty stomach.
Alternate the following:
- UGN
- Caprylic Acid
- Olive Leaf Extract
- Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic
*For two weeks take one (1) UGN and one (1) Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic capsule together three times a day with meals. The next two weeks take one (1) Caprylic Acid and one (1) Olive Leaf Extract together three times a day with meals. Continue alternating every two weeks.
*When first starting, it is best to start slow. Take one (1) UGN and (1) Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic capsule the first day and then one (1) UGN and (1) Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic capsule two times a day for the next two to three days. Continue then with the three times a day dosage.
